Air Fryer Apple Crumble

Ø  Prep time: 10 Minutes

Ø  Cook time: 35 Minutes

Ø  Total time: 50 Minutes

Ingredients

·         1-1½ lb apples

·         60 grams of unsalted butter

·         75 grams of all-purpose flour

·         3 tbsp sugar

·         2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

1.      The apples should be peeled and diced into tiny pieces before Throwing them into the large dish. Put in 2 tsp sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Stir to combine the apple with the sugar and cinnamon

2.      Put the flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, and the cold butter in a separate basin. Use your hands to rub the ingredients together so you get a crumble.

3.      While waiting, rinse the rice in a strainer with warm water until the water is clear. Spread the apple slices out in a cake pan lined with parchment paper. Adding a mixture to the skillet might help flatten it.

4.      Apples should be cooked in an Air Fryer for 20 Minutes.ll

5.      A cake pan should be removed from the Air Fryer. Then sprinkle the crumbled dough on top of the apple Combineture and press it down slightly.

6.      Add additional 15 Minutes of baking time to the apple crumble. Please remove it from the oven when it reaches a warm temperature.

7.      You can serve the crumble cold or warm.

Notes

Ø  If you want to prepare the crumble topping, it's simpler to use cold butter from the fridge instead of soft butter at room temperature.

Softened butter is messy to work with because it sticks to your fingers. Cooled butter is easier to work with, forming a crumble without splattering.
