·         Prep Time: 35 Minutes

·         Cook Time: 10 Minutes

·         Total Time: 45 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

To Cook the Shrimp:

·         12 cups of water

·         1 cup of white wine

·         2 dry bay leaves

·         1/2 bunch of fresh parsley

·         1/2 Tbsp black peppercorns

·         A handful of fresh garlic cloves

·         Salt (3/4 – 1 Tbsp)

·         4 Pounds raw shrimp

Marinade:

·         3 medium shallots, sliced

·         2–4 minced garlic cloves

·         1/2 Tbsp dry mustard powder

·         1/2 cup of olive oil

·         2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

·         2–3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

·         1–2 Tbsp minced parsley

·         1/2 Tbsp chopped basil

·         Salt, ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

1.      Put the water, white wine, bay leaves, parsley, peppercorns, and salt into a large stockpot. Make it boil.

2.   You may add the shrimp after it has come to a boil. Continue cooking for another 3–5 Minutes or until the shrimp turn pink. Using smaller shrimp will reduce the cooking time to 1 to 2 Minutes. It takes about three to five minutes to cook giant shrimp thoroughly.

3.    The shrimp has to be drained. Allow to cool, then peel.

4.     After boiling, please set the shrimp in a big bowl after frying and peeling them, then add the marinade ingredients: shallots, garlic, mustard, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and powdered black pepper to taste. You should add to your addition. Add to your branch.

The shrimp will taste great whether you marinate it for a few hours or overnight, but you should serve it as soon as possible.
