Instant Pot Pork Shoulder Steak

Ingredients

3-4 pork shoulder steaks
·
4 tbsp sweet soy sauce
·
1 onion
·
2 tbsp vinegar
·
1 tbsp sriracha or hot sauce
·
1 clove garlic
·
2 tbsp olive oil
·
¾-1 cup of water
·
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. To Prepare this dish, turn on the Instant Pot's
Saute function. To a hot pan, add the olive oil, then the pork shoulder steaks,
and sear them on both sides.

Prepare the steaks by topping them with diced
onions and minced garlic.
3. Spread the steaks with the sweet soy sauce, the
hot sauce, the vinegar, and the water. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Turn off the Instant Pot, and turn off the Sauté
function. If using a pressure Cooker, choose either the Manual or Pressure
setting.

Have a 15-minute timer ready.
6. The Instant Pot should be left on "natural
release" for 5 Minutes after the Cooking time has expired, followed by a
"quick release."
