Air Fryer Peking Duck

v  Cook time: 30 Minutes

v  Total time: 33 Minutes

Ingredients

·         1 boneless Peking duck breast

·         ½ cucumber

·         1 scallion

·         6 tbsp sweet hoisin sauce

Instructions

1.      The Air Fryer must be preheated for three Minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit after being turned on.

2.   Meanwhile, carefully cover the Peking duck in aluminum foil, but do not seal it. Place the duck in its wrappings in the air fryer. The basket needs a lid if you have one. If you want to avoid the aluminum foil covering the basket, you should use something else. When the duck is roasted, the fat will strike the heating element and generate a lot of smoke.

3.    Cook the duck in an air fryer for 25 to 30 Minutes or until the skin is golden crisp.

4.    We are plating the duck after removing it from the Air Fryer. Use two forks to make shredded pieces.

5.     Incorporate the duck into a Pekin duck pancake. Garnish with thinly sliced cucumber and scallions, then drizzle with sweet hoisin sauce.

6.     Wrap it and put it on a platter.
